Jason Cisarello is founder and director of Matrix Consultancy Services Ltd. Educated in Gibraltar and having attended University in the UK, he originally started working in Gibraltar as a Spacecraft Engineer for a local Satellite Earth Station. This was followed with a move to the UK to progress his career working for General Dynamics, a large US defence company.

Working for General Dynamics, he gained experience in the life-cycle, implementation, design and delivery of large-scale, world-class, £MM systems in complex, service critical environments. In his capacity as a Principal Systems Engineer, Jason formed part of the International Technical Sales team and was involved in a broad portfolio of opportunities within Security, Emergency Services, Defence and Energy markets globally. His success in developing new business for customers worldwide has been gained working in countries such as India, Libya, Spain, Brunei, Malaysia, Bulgaria and Brazil.

Now resident in Gibraltar, Jason brings more than thirteen years of experience to Matrix Conultancy Services Ltd . Intuitive and results-driven, Jason has the ability to engage and build relationships with clients, partners and suppliers, and influence decision makers to buy into innovative ideas, concepts, practices and technologies. Adept in encouraging organisational synergies and energising companies he achieves business winning results.
